Staff clock in and out at the terminal in the tent. The start and end of the shift are recorded with the time and assigned to the employee.
View in the product areaSigning in works with the employee number and a personal PIN, so every entry belongs unambiguously to one person.
View in the product areaLarge, clearly legible controls and immediate confirmation after clocking. The terminal is made for use while service is running.
View in the product area“Start break” and “End break” record the interruptions. The recorded break times belong to that day's entry.
View in the product areaWhen clocking out, the employee sees their breaks along with attendance and working time, and confirms them.
View in the product areaIf a time is wrong, the employee marks the entry. It is flagged for review by administration rather than accepted silently.
View in the product areaTent management sees the recorded events in chronological order with employee number, action and time — clock-ins and clock-outs as well as the start and end of breaks.
View in the product areaPending synchronisations and unconfirmed entries stay visible. Tent management can see which entries still need attention.
View in the product areaIf the server cannot be reached, the employee can continue offline. If the PIN cannot be verified, the entry stays marked as unconfirmed until the next synchronisation.
