Tent management reviews the applications, selects suitable people and accepts them. Job type, event and team give every person their place in the organisation. With a personal invitation the employee sets up their portal access and checks their contact details.

Whatever is still needed

The required documents are assembled and requested to suit each person: holiday certificates, for example, or work visas and further proof of employment where needed. Employees submit them in their portal.

The chasing
